Using the famous image taken of a dying Hector Pieterson by Sam Nzima during the Soweto Uprising in 1976, Mob Media (2019-2020) attempts to explore the affects of constant reproduction and the consequences that follow. There are two key characteristic of this medium; it reacts and it distorts. Based on this I reproduced the image with the medium 44 times, a layer for every a year since its inception.
